As women, it is natural for us to have the natural “catty” attitude. Sometimes, we do it unintentionally! We can’t help it… shrugs. Whenever I am having a conversation with another woman it can go two ways. We could possible have a genuine conversation, with genuine vibes and even exchange a few complements. My favorite term I use whenever I feel connected to another woman while conversing is very well known. A term millennial women use frequently, “SIS”. However, this term can be used in a disrespectful format as well. Honestly, I am starting to believe that the term “b*tch” is being replaced for the word “Sis”. Think about it… have you ever got into a heated situation with another woman? And as it gradually escalates, y'all start to name call? For me personally, its extremely rare to catch me name calling. In my opinion, that’s so elementary school. However, I will politely catch an attitude or even give off vibes that I am not appreciating the vibes that you are giving off during our conversation. Allow me to explain to you the difference between SIS! and a DISS….

Do you see the difference between the two? One is given with much more attitude and somewhat disrespect. Another is more of a complement and genuine. Do you know the difference if someone calls you "Sis" ? would you be able to differentiate between genuine statements and a diss?
